Prior to Bincy Boo's training, I was told by everyone who had an opinion that "Beagles can NOT be trained to be off leash without shock collars." Well I'm glad I didn't listen to them. I will and do help people train their rescue dogs for absolutely free (even to off leash level), if you live close, and are willing to put in the time (MN).
